This Ed-Tech platform, located at iqrataleem.shop, is legally owned, operated, and managed by Chandra Pratap, operating out of G-125, Surya Lake View Apartment, Chinhat, Lucknow, 226011, Uttar Pradesh, India. By accessing our platform or purchasing our digital courses, you voluntarily enter into a legally binding contract to abide by these Terms of Service.

2. Intellectual Property & Household Licensing

All premium digital content—including video masterclasses, bilingual PDF workbooks, AI prompt vaults, and underlying code—is exclusively owned by Chandra Pratap and protected by Indian and International copyright laws.

The Standard License: Upon purchase, you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and view the material strictly for personal, educational use.

You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, republishing, screen-recording, sub-licensing, or sharing these digital files on public forums, Telegram/WhatsApp groups, or with third parties. Unauthorized piracy will result in immediate termination of your vault access without refund and swift legal action pursuing statutory damages.

3. Certification Rules

The "Premium 1-Year Certification" is awarded solely upon the successful completion of our internal assessments. It is a certificate of completion from Iqra Taleem and does not represent an accredited university degree or government-recognized diploma.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal suit or proceeding arising out of these Terms or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of jurisdiction located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
